Since opening in May 2013, we have acquired a reputation as one of Split’s best wine bars, and as a turning point in Split’s local dining scene. Zinfandel is a friendly and interactive environment to sample some top Croatian wines along with a passionate menu to complete the entire experience.
We have understood from the day we opened that we are part of the fabric of the city, and we have always embraced being quintessentially Dalmatian.
The restaurant, with a striking central bar and informal seating, is the perfect spot to enjoy our seasonal menu any time of the day or evening. Zinfandel is comfortable and relaxed, with seats for 60 people.
The menu is always focused on seasonal ingredients with regular changes according to the current season. We have a strong reputation for our red, blue or green, 3-tier platters, now serving a hot component on the top tier. Our À la carte menu focuses on quality ingredients, locally-sourced, cooked to perfection, with a modern twist on much-loved Dalmatian classics.
