Visit the Olive Oil Museum where we will share with you the story of this island’s traditions and history. Here you will taste olive oil and other local products.

Hidden roads wind through old villages and finally take us to the very top of the island where you will enjoy a unique view of Bol, Zlatni rat and the surrounding islands.

We’ll take you on a ride through charming Brač landscape all the way up to Vidova gora mountain for a stunning view. The day ends in the beautiful Smrka bay, where you can swim and relax while we prepare your dinner, using homegrown food.

Let us first show you why everyone flocks to the Zlatni rat beach – the most famous beach in the Adriatic. After this, we’ll take you to dine on the best local food in a rustic vineyard setting.

We’ll drive to the top of the Vidova gora mountain for the spectacular view of the nearby islands, followed by a visit to the Olive Oil Museum for a story about the oil making tradition.

Uje oil bar has become inevitable stop in Split for gastro tourists and those who are yet to become ones. Oil bar is more than a restaurant: we offer an extremely rich selection of olive oils, and our staff is well educated for the presentation of olive oils and wines as well. Our menu is based on the traditional Dalmatian cuisine, presented in a modern way in a very attractive interior.

About us:

The tavern was named after the hill Perun located above Podstrana and the tavern itself is along the highway, next to the small port of Strožanac. The interior decor is beautiful and the enclosed green garden with massive tables seats about a hundred guests. All the guests have free parking available. Their offer is based on the idea of promoting local food and local ingredients.
The tavern has a fireplace which is used to prepare traditional pekas; they also offer various pastas, risottos, meat and fish dishes, and bread oven-made pizzas!
They also have a playground for children, so the parents can relax and enjoy the Dalmatian cuisine. The 17th century summer residence of the Cindro family with a wonderful Mediterranean park is located next to the tavern. After enjoying your dinner, you can relax by taking a light stroll along the sea.

In line with continuous development of various additional offers, 4 beautiful wine shops have been opened in busy locations, offering a wide range of wines produced by the Skaramuča family, as well as those of the top quality Pelješac brands.

The wine shops in Dubrovnik, Ston, Pijavičino and Viganj have added additional value to tourist offer of the Pelješac peninsula and Dubrovnik-Neretva County. The Dubrovnik wine bar is located in Dropčeva street, Old town. Street is connected to Stradun.

The Ston wine bar is located on Placa Square. The Pijavičino wine shop is located next to the main Pelješac highway and offers private parking lot. The interior is dominated by a warm traditional note which perfectly corresponds to the stone exterior.

The Viganj wine shop (a world-known surfer destination) is located on the very coast with a wonderful view of the sea and the island of Korčula. The interior is modern and corresponds to the . All venues offer organized tastings under expert guidance by prior announcement.

Garden of palm trees and Gariboldi’s muses

Thanks to the location of Jelsa and our hotels, there are countless opportunities for various programs like trips to Grapce Cave, visits to various family agro-tourism / Hvar, active programs (hiking, biking and various sports activities) and boat excursions to Bol, Korcula, Pakleni islands or Blue cave. Also, within the hotel we can offer (with extra cost), a lavender, lavender or lavender chocolate workshop. We are at your disposal to help your group experience one of the most beautiful islands in the world and its heritage.
