CHOPS GRILLL Steak & Seafood is located in the center of Split, just off the Marmontova main street (across the bronze cup sculpture). We offer great steaks & seafood, pastas and salads all paired with carefully chosen Croatian wines. We also offer great choice of full breakfasts!

CHOPS GRILL Steak & Seafood has 55 tables on a spatious outdoor patio and can accomodate approximatley 107 people at once. All tables can be joint together.
The patio is covered and protected from the sides, so you may enjoy your meal no matter the weather! For groups and detailed info please contact us.

Why CHOPS?
Because we believed that Split center needed a restaurant with an international touch, a restaurant with a spacious sitting area opposed to the crowded tables in the allies, and because we believed that our management team, with a lot of experience in tourism, both in Croatia and international, was ready to join the growing scene of the new concept of the restaurants in town.

Why the Name?
During the extensive international travel we did in the previous years and collecting ideas on how to upgrade the guest experience in our town, we always remembered the best service, the best food and the best atmosphere…and it was one international restaurant with a ‘’chops’’ in the name. And no matter how hard we tried to brainstorm on the name, our taught always went back to ‘’chops’’…so CHOPS GRILL Steak & Seafood it is!

Meet the Culinary Team
Our chef IVAN is not only great in kitchen - he is a great looking, young, ambitious, calm and professional - you will see him taking care of your dish in our open kitchen! The sous chef IGOR is the hip, fun and creative young professional that will make you laugh in a second! On the open grill, established in a way that you can see your juicy steaks being made, you will see ALEN that is the master of grill since he was 15! And last, but not the least, are the ladies that are supporting our culinary team - you will maybe not see them, but they are a vital part of our kitchen!
